Recombinant Adenovirus Construction

SinoGenoMax offers custom adenovirus service based on our proprietary Adxsi system for the entire adenovirus process including cloning, packaging, amplification, titration and purification. Combining our extensive experience, strict quality management system, and the top-notch laboratory facilities, the adenovirus group at SinoGenoMax is highly competent at helping our clients on the tedious and time-consuming adenovirus procedures. We have successfully constructed over 500 recombinant adenoviruses in the past one year, most of which for customers in the US.

The Adxsi system that we have developed based on E1/E3-deleted adenovirus serotype 5 (Ad5 ) DNA is very efficient and reliable, by which we guarantee our customers with high viral titer, high quality and timely delivery. We have attempted and succeeded in construction of difficult-to-express genes including a number of cytotoxic genes.

Our customers may choose to express their genes of interest fused with a variety of tags and/or reporter genes. The adenoviruses we have constructed have been widely used in many sorts of research experiments including signal transduction and gene translocation analysis, cellular protein interaction analysis, in vivo tests as well as stem cell experiments.

♦ Pre-made Adenovector
We have successfully constructed over 500 recombinant adenoviruses in the past. More than 300 of them can be provided to the customers at a low price. This service can save both your time and money.

♦ Adenoviral Construction
Adenovirus construction is a tedious and time-consuming process. We have extensive experience in this area, We have developed the Ad-HQ™ system, a streamlined adenovirus construction procedure that guarantees the expression of GOI, high viral yield, timely delivery and high-standard quality control.
A final viral stock of approximately 10^12 to 10^13 viral particles (~3x10^10-3x10^11 PFU) will be delivered to you. This entire process will be completed in approximately 5-7 weeks. 

♦  Ampification $ Purification
This service is for customers who want to use recombinant adenovirus for in vivo studies, or just need really high-titered purified viruses. A final viral stock of approximately 5x10^12 to 5x10^13 viral particles (~5x10^10-1x10^12 PFU)* will be delivered to you. The entire process will take about 2-3 weeks.
