Protein Expression & Purification
Leading by a group of scientists with extensive experience working in US and Chinese biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry, SinoGenoMax has established high efficiency, high throughput prokaryotic and eukaryotic protein expression and purification systems.  SinoGenoMax has also set up a joint GMP fermentation laboratory with local pharmaceutical companies with 5-50 Litre Bio-Reactors, which enable us to express protein in large scale. Meanwhile, with Äkta liquid chromatography separating system, we can perform high quality, multi-sample and multi-step protein purification.
This platform can provide high quality purified proteins for drug screening (e.g., assay development, high throughput screening, lead optimization, SAR determination); structural biology (e.g., structural analysis, compound co-crystalization); cell biology research (e.g., antibody generation, protein chip, enzymatic activity analysis) and proteomics research.

Protein Separation and Identification
Protein separation and identification is the core technology in proteomics research and protein purification for laboratory or pilot usage.  SinoGenoMax has established a technical platform of proteomics based on two-dimension electrophoresis (2DE) and LC-MS/MS technologies.
Our protein separation and purification system is built on Äkta chromatographic system.  The team has extensive experience in protein function analysis, immunoassays and high-throughput functional screening.
Besides providing technical service, SinoGenoMax also actively takes part in national research programs focusing on cardiovascular and systematic auto-immune diseases.

Antibody Production
Our antibody production platform is built on our own technical know-how with an experienced team.  Especially, we adopt a semi-solid fusion protocol for monoclonal antibody production which results in shorter production cycle, higher fusion and success rate, lower cost as compared with traditional methods. 
SinoGenoMax now provides antibody production services to both domestic and international customers, with annual production capacity of over 100 lines of monoclonal antibodies and 2000 polyclonal antibodies. Up to date, SinoGenoMax has successfully produced more than 500 antibodies which are being sold by international vendors.
